Kepler 452b is a super-Earth and is warmer due to its volcanic activity. It orbits from a very similar distance that Earth does as well as having an orbital period only twenty days longer. The one problem with potential colonization here is that it is 1400 light years away and the star is much older than the Sun. It is becoming more unstable as time progresses and the planet is getting much warmer which could form a greenhouse effect and make it uninhabitable.
