TRAPPIST-1e is approximately thirty-nine light years away from the solar system and is very similar to Earth. They have a similar radius, mass, density, and gravity. It is also warmer than Earth and liquid water is possible under the right conditions. The planet also has an atmosphere similar to Earth's. However, the planet most likely tidally locked with the star which would make one side warm and right for life while the other will be frigid and uninhabitable. The perk of colonizing this planet is that its star is extremely young and will be one of the longest living in the universe compared to our Sun which only has a few billion years left.
